These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the basis on which we quote for and supply confectionery. Please read them before sending us an enquiry.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Where we have a separate signed supply agreement, distribution agreement or purchase contract with you, that document governs the supply and takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

2. Who we are

Krishna Confectionery is a confectionery manufacturer operating from G-1/55 Agro Food Park, RIICO Industrial Area, Boranada, Jodhpur - 342001, Rajasthan, India. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Krishna Confectionery, and “you” means the person or business using this site or enquiring with us.

3. What this website is

This site is a product catalogue and an enquiry channel. It is not an online shop. There is no basket, no checkout and no online payment — nothing on this site charges you anything, and we never ask for card or bank details through it.

We supply in bulk to retailers, distributors, wholesalers and export buyers. Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product and pack format; we will tell you the applicable minimum when we quote.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

4. Product information

• Photographs are indicative. Colours vary between screens, and packaging artwork is refreshed from time to time. The pack you receive may not look identical to the photograph on this site.
• Specifications may change. Piece weights, piece counts, jar and carton configurations, ingredients and shelf life are subject to change as we improve our products. The specification confirmed in writing at the time of your order is the one that applies.
• Availability is not guaranteed by a product appearing on this site. Seasonal ranges and particular flavours may be out of production at any given time.
• Ingredient and allergen information printed on the pack is the authoritative version. If you have an allergen requirement, ask us in writing before ordering and check every delivered pack.

5. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When we reply with pricing, that quotation is an invitation to proceed, not a contract.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where no period is stated, treat a quotation as valid for 30 days. Prices may need to be revised before acceptance where sugar, glucose, milk solids, packaging or freight costs move materially, or where statutory duties change.

6. Orders and confirmation

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing — by our written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Placing an enquiry, receiving a quotation, or a conversation on WhatsApp or telephone does not by itself create a binding order.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, including where the quantity is below our minimum, where production capacity is committed, or where the requested delivery is not feasible.

Once production has started against a confirmed order, cancellation or amendment is at our discretion and may carry a charge covering work already done — particularly for private label and custom printed packaging, which cannot be resold.

7. Pricing, taxes and payment

• Prices shown or discussed are indicative until quoted formally for your specific quantity, pack format and destination.
• Unless our quotation says otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST and of freight, insurance and any destination duties or clearance charges.
• Payment terms are those stated on the order confirmation or proforma invoice. Where advance payment is required, production is scheduled on receipt of it.
• Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

8. Packing, delivery and inspection

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates made in good faith. We are not liable for delay caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including raw material shortages, transport disruption, strikes, power failure, regulatory action or natural events.

Please inspect every consignment on arrival. Shortage, breakage or transit damage must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the transporter’s documentation, so we can take it up properly. Claims made after that period, or after goods have been sold on, are difficult for us to substantiate and may not be accepted.

Confectionery is not returnable on a change of mind. Genuine quality issues are a different matter — tell us and we will investigate the batch.

9. Food safety, shelf life and storage

We manufacture under the applicable Indian food safety regulations, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the rules made under it. Our licence details and product specifications are available on request.

Shelf life is stated on each pack and assumes proper storage. Confectionery must be kept in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours and moisture. Once goods leave our premises, correct storage and stock rotation are the buyer’s responsibility, and we cannot accept claims for deterioration caused by heat, damp or storage beyond the marked date.

Where you sell on to consumers, you are responsible for complying with the labelling, storage and display requirements applying in your market.

10. Intellectual property

Our brand names, logos, packaging artwork, product photographs, text and the design of this website belong to Krishna Confectionery or are used by us under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it — including our pack designs and product photography — without our written permission.

Authorised distributors and stockists may use our product images and brand names for the purpose of reselling our goods, provided they are shown accurately and not altered or combined with other brands in a misleading way.

For private label work, artwork and trade marks you supply remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

11. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through our form;
• use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising;
• scrape, harvest or systematically copy the catalogue or its images;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation.

12. Links to other sites

This site links out to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles, and embeds an Instagram feed on the home page. Those services are run by other companies. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — their own terms and privacy policies apply. How they interact with this site is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or loss of goodwill, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. It is not a warranty, and it does not replace the specification confirmed in writing for your order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of any supply we make, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

We would much rather resolve a problem by talking to you first, and we ask that you raise any dispute with us directly before taking any other step.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you send an enquiry is the version that applies to it. The date at the top shows when we last changed anything.
